Change your travel dates

Passengers that need to change their travel dates can do so in their MyPlay account. They are charged a changing fee and the airfare difference. Passengers can only change to flights that have been published for sale.

Cancel your filght

In case of passengers needing to cancel their travel due to COVID-19 travel restrictions, flights can be canceled and the amount paid reverted to a PLAY travel voucher valid for 1 year.
