General information about cancellations

PLAY does not refund flight tickets unless Cancellation Protection was purchased for the booking and relevant conditions are met. The Cancellation Protection can only be purchased at the time of booking, i.e. it cannot be added to the booking afterwards.

If you did not purchase the Cancellation Protection you are entitled to get the airport taxes refunded for your unused flights.

Booked a flight to/from the United States?

You can cancel your booking within 24 hours of purchase provided that the booking is made at least 7 days prior to travel and paid in USD currency.

General information about changes

Date changes can be made up to 1 hour prior to the scheduled departure time of the flight. All changes are subject to a standard changing fee per person and per flight leg, in addition to any possible airfare difference. See more information about that here.

It is not possible to change the departure or arrival destinations in a booking.

Changing a passenger in a booking?

It is possible to change the passenger in a booking through the Service Team. There is a standard name change fee per flight leg plus an additional service fee for changing the passenger. The passenger type cannot be changed, i.e. a child cannot travel instead of an adult and vice versa. See more information here.
