Can I change a passenger in a booking?

Yes – if you or someone in your travel group cannot travel, you can change the passenger in a booking. Please note that this change is not available via MyPLAY so you will need to contact our Service Team to finalize this change.

We charge a name change fee per flight leg plus a service fee for changing the passenger in a booking. It is not possible to change the passenger type, so a child cannot travel instead of an adult and vice versa.

Please note that it is not possible to move a booking from one MyPLAY account to another, so if you have already added your booking to your MyPLAY account the person who will travel instead of you will not be able to add it to their account.
