How do I file a claim?

You fill out the required information and our claims department will contact you as soon as possible.


We work in accordance with EU regulation no. 261/2004 when handling claims. If your flight was canceled or heavily delayed, we ask that you file a claim here so our claims department can take a closer look at your case. After they have reviewed it, they will contact you via email with further information.

Please note that our service team does not oversee claims and will not be able to answer any claim-related questions you might have.

Your claim is handled by our Claims Department and it might take 4-8 weeks to finalize your claim.
