eTA

The Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) is an automated system that determines the eligibility of visa-exempt visitors to travel to Canada.

All visa-exempt passengers , and select visa-required passengers that travel to Canada must submit their eTA application no later than 72 hours prior to departure of their flight and present proof of authorization before boarding a flight to Canada. APIS

You'll need to provide your Advanced Passenger Information (APIS) no later than 72 hours prior to departure of your flight. This is a requirement from Canadian authorities.

You can submit this information through Manage Booking within your MyPLAY account.

You'll need to supply the following details:

  • Passport number
  • Expiration date

Please note that as of January 5, 2023, all passengers 2 years old or older, and traveling from China (PRC), Hong Kong or Macau need to provide a negative COVID-19 test result (PCR or antigen) before traveling to Canada.
