How do I change or cancel a booking?

We understand that plans can change. That's why we allow date changes on our flights up until 1 hour prior to the flight as well as changes to departure and destination airports up to 24 hours prior to the flight.
All changes are subject to a standard changing feeLink opens in a new tab per person and per flight leg, in addition to any possible airfare difference between the selected dates.
- The new flight is more expensive: You pay the standard changing fee and the airfare difference.
- The new flight costs the same: You pay the standard changing fee.
- The new flight is less expensive: You pay the standard changing fee. Airfare difference is never refunded.
Your seat will transfer from your old flight to your new flight as long as it is available and your booking number will stay the same, but you will get a new confirmation message with updated flight information.
It is not possible to change the departure or arrival airport between continents, i.e. if a flight is booked from an airport in Europe to an airport in the U.S. the departure airport can only be changed to another airport in Europe and the arrival airport can only be changed to another airport in the USA.
Direct flights cannot be changed to connecting flights and vice versa, e.g. a flight from New York to Paris via Iceland cannot be changed to a direct flight from New York to Iceland.
To make date changes, please sign in to your MyPLAY account. Go to My bookings and click on Manage booking. From there you click on Change flight to change your booking.

Name changes and name corrections
You can change a passenger in a booking for a fee, but you'll have to contact our Service Team. Further information about name changes can be found here.
We do however allow name corrections of 2-3 letters free of charge.
Please note that your ticket must match your passport exactly. It is not possible to make adjustments after you have checked in online.
If you need to change your name in your booking, please contact our Service Team and we will gladly assist you.
Our tickets are non-refundable and cannot be canceled for a full refund.
If flights cannot be used, you can apply for airport taxes to be refunded for the unused flights in your booking.
Therefore we recommend that our passengers purchase cancellation protection at the time of booking.
