Save the details - Quicker booking
You can browse our website freely, but as soon as you wish to book a flight you will need to set up your MyPLAY account. You will need to provide your full name, email address, and choose a password.
The good news is that you are only required to do this once since you can save all your details for any future bookings with PLAY.
Your MyPLAY account is your go-to platform for everything prior to your flight.
You can add additional services, choose your seat, resend your booking confirmation and view your upcoming trips.
You can also check into your flight 24 hours prior to departure - it really is that simple!
You can also benefit by adding more information to your account such as storing passenger information of friends/family. By doing that you skip the hassle of writing passenger information over and over again - isn't that nice?
You can also save your personal information such as your contact number and date of birth for future bookings, or save your payment details for faster checkout next time.
You can even store multiple credit cards and then choose which one to use to finalize your booking.

Credit cards (VISA and MasterCard) and debit cards with 16-digit numbers and CSC/CVC codes are accepted when you book a ticket on our website. We do not accept cash as a form of payment for bookings, changes, or adding services.
You are not required to present the credit card used to purchase the tickets when you check in for your flight. If you do not own a credit card, another individual can pay for your flight with their credit card.
Please note that any additional services purchased will be charged to that card unless a new card is added to the reservation after booking.
PLAY does not refund flight tickets unless cancellation protection was purchased for the booking and relevant conditions are met. Therefore we recommend that our passengers purchase cancellation protection at the time of booking.
Purchasing this protection means that your ticket is protected in case of unforeseeable circumstances such as a sudden illness or the death of a loved one.

Please note that the cancellation protection does not cover disruption of travel due to denied visas or other travel authorizations.
If you wish to book flights for 12 passengers or more under the same reservation feel free to reach out to us and get an offer for your group.
To make a group booking request you can simply go to our PLAY support page by clicking hereLink opens in a new tab and choose the correct inquiry and fill out your information.
On the PLAY support page, please choose the following option: "I need an offer for my group of +12 passengers".
From there, we will need the following information from you:
- Contact person for booking - full name and email address
- Departure airport & arrival airport
- Departure date and return date
- Number of adults, children and infants
- Whether or not we should include checked baggage in the final offer
- Whether or not passengers want to purchase cancellation protection
After we have received your request, we will send the offer within 2 business days of your initial request. We need a response, confirming if the offer is accepted by your group or not, within 2 business days.
If the offer is accepted by the group, we will create your booking and notify you about the next steps, in terms of paying the confirmation fee, when the final payment is due, when the name list is due, etc.
Please note that if the request is made within 6 weeks of the departure of the flight, the whole payment is due immediately.
