Passengers traveling with a cast

If you have a broken limb and are traveling with a cast, please note that the cast needs to be at least 48 hours old for you to travel., due to possible swelling during the flight.

You will need to provide a doctor’s note stating that you are fit to fly.

If you need any assistance at the airport, such as wheelchair services, we ask that you contact our Service Team at specialassistance@flyplay.com at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time of your flight.

If you are traveling with a lower limb in a cast and cannot bend the knee, you will need to purchase an extra seat. Please contact the Service Team to book an extra seat as this cannot be done through your MyPLAY account on the website.
