Our services are all online, because it's easy, quick and comfortable! Playfin, our chatbot, is on call 24 hours a day, all year long and can answer your questions right away.

Our Service Team is available every day from 08:00-20:00 (8 am - 8 pm) GMT, they are fluent in both Icelandic and English.

Playfin is PLAY's chatbot.

He takes after his Icelandic kin, the Atlantic puffin, in being adorable, super smart and a special expert in flying. This special service puffin can answer an incredible number of questions regarding bookings, baggage, special services and basically any topic related to PLAY’s operations.

Playfin is a lifelong scholar of service requests so he is constantly evolving. If he’s stumped for answers, he’s quick to patch people through to a human or take down a message.
