Our Service Team is available every weekday from 05:00-20:00 (5 am - 8pm) and on weekends from 08:00-20:00 (8am-8pm). Hours are GMT.
Our team is fluent in both Icelandic and English.

Playfin is PLAY's chatbot.
He takes after his Icelandic kin, the Atlantic puffin, in being adorable, super smart and a special expert in flying. This special service puffin can answer an incredible number of questions regarding bookings, baggage, special services and basically any topic related to PLAY’s operations.
Playfin is a lifelong scholar of service requests so he is constantly evolving. If he’s stumped for answers, he’s quick to patch people through to a human or take down a message.
