Our Service Team is available every weekday from 05:00-20:00 (5 am – 8 pm) and on weekends from 08:00-20:00 (8 am – 8 pm). Hours are in GMT 0.

Playfin, our chatbot, is available 24/7, 365 days a year, and can answer your questions right away. Be sure to use simple and concise wording!

He takes after his Icelandic kin, the Atlantic puffin, in being adorable, super smart and a special expert in flying. This special service puffin can answer an incredible number of questions regarding bookings, baggage, special services and basically any topic related to PLAY’s operations.

Playfin is a lifelong scholar of service requests so he is constantly evolving. If he’s stumped for answers, he’s quick to patch people through to a human or take down a message.
